MANTRAS

A mantra is a reassuring affirmation of all you know to be true about yourself and your life.  Repeating your mantras daily is a way to reinforce the sentiment and ca help them be even more true.

 

As NF says in one of his songs, "The mind is a powerful place and what you feed it can affect you in powerful ways."   This is true for both positive and negative thoughts, so it is important to focus on the positive.  Reiterating strong sentiments helps make them real.

Here are some examples of powerful mantras to help re-wire your thinking.  

I am proud of myself, of my accomplishments, and all I have overcome.

I am made stronger every day.

I am brave.

It is my bravery that inspires others, a light to brighten the dark.

I am a unique individual who will not strive to be understood or to fit in.

It is okay to stand out, to not hide my true self,

and to embrace the ways in which I am different.

I am not the opinion of others.

I am the only me and that is my super power.

I deserve nothing less than appreciation, admiration, and respect.

I am worthy of incredibly things. 

I am powerful.  I am confident.

I can survive anything that tries to stop me.

I am magic.  I matter.

I gain strength by overcoming that which seems in my way.

I have the courage to do what is necessary. 

I treat myself and others with patience, compassion, and kindness.

I have the energy and passion to make my thoughts reality. 

I did not come this far to only come this far.

I change the world through my actions.
