Calming kit / Care kit.

WHAT IS A CARE KIT?
This concept is something of a mental first aid kit. Some parts of a Care Kit can be every day in order to keep a mindful life. I also use this kit when the world seems to have been pulled from under me and it hurts to breathe and my mind is racing, etc.

WHEN DO I NEED TO CREATE A CARE KIT?
It is recommended to put this kit together when your mind is well, in preparation for when it is unwell.
Since we are all unique, everyone's kit will look slightly different. These are items that bring comfort and bring about happy memories and feelings.
There are no rules, so you are able to create this kit in whatever way works for you - and then redo it if you find something that works better.
